Senior Site Manager - Hemel Heapstead

Senior Site Manager - a growing construction contractor based in Derbyshire is searching for a Senior Site Manager to join the delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to manage new build and refurbishment projects.

The project is working as the project lead (No. 1) to deliver an office refurbishment and new build healthcare suite in Hemel Heapstead (£4m). Our client is able to provide a rented property close to site and lodging allowances for the inital 12 month contract.

Requirements:
- Experience delivering refurbishment and D&B projects as Project Lead
- Experience working for a principal contractor on projects £2m+
- Experience managing clients and sub-contractors
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
- Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
- Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
- Deliver projects to meet contractual standards

The Package:
- Basic salary of £55,000 - £60,000+ (DOE)
- Company Car Allowance (£6,000)
- Project completion bonus
- Company pension

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Lead delivering construction projects ranging from £2m - £4m.
