Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sous Chef in Maidstone, you'll take a leading role in this fast-paced pub kitchen:

• Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
• Take charge of service in their absence, ensuring consistency and high standards
• Contribute to seasonal menu creation using fresh, local produce
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
• Support stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs
• Work closely with front of house to deliver a seamless guest experience
