Interim Management Accountant

Barnwood, Gloucester | 3-Month FTC | £40-45k (pro rata)

A great opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking business on a 3-month contract, supporting a busy finance team during a key period.

This role offers a broad mix of management accounting and operational finance, working with the Finance Director.

The Role

• Produce monthly management accounts with commentary
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and deferrals
• Oversee AP, banking, payments, and credit control
• Support ERP/system improvements and reporting

About You

• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
• Experience in management accounts + operational finance
• Strong Excel and systems skills (ERP experience helpful)
• Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders

Package

• £40-45k (pro rata)
• 3-month fixed-term contract
• Immediate/short notice preferred
