Certain Advantage is hiring for a Fabricator/Welder based in BurscoughThis role is on an initial 8- 12 week contract basis within their new workshop facility, with the potential to be extended if successful.The companyOur client, a leading manufacturer of bespoke waste incinerators for the Medical, Agricultural, and Municipal sectors, is seeking two experienced Fabricator/Welders to support a surge in urgent and increased orders.The role:

• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Fabricate and weld components to specification, including Structural framework (box/angle sections).
• Assist in the assembly of complete incinerator units.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain workflow and production deadlines

The individual:

• Experience in a similar fabrication/welding role and working to engineering drawings.
• MIG welding skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working to tight deadlines
