Your Role: Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

As a successful Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, your primary responsibility is to deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice while building strong relationships with clients introduced via trusted estate agency partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing tailored mortgage advice aligned with clients’ financial goals
• Conducting in-depth fact-finds and affordability assessments
• Managing a healthy pipeline of 2–3 mortgage completions per week
• Offering expert protection advice on life cover, critical illness, and income protection
• Converting high-quality leads from estate agency staff and referral channels
• Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and maintaining accurate client records
• Maintaining excellent client service throughout the mortgage journey

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to hit targets in a sales-driven environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Clean credit file and no unspent criminal convictions
