We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Order Administrator to enhance our Sales Operations team in Telford. Day-to-day of the role: - Accurately process customer orders, invoices, and handle any complaints.
- Manage export documentation and declarations for international clients.
- Utilise SAP to manage and track orders efficiently.
- Liaise with planning, logistics, and accounts to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
- Schedule and track deliveries, maintaining accurate despatch records.
- Provide inbound support to the field sales team, ensuring seamless communication.
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects the company’s commitment to quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience in a sales administration or office-based customer service role.
- Familiarity with sales order processing systems and procedures.
- Experience using SAP or similar CRM systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
