My client in Weybridge are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their ever growing team. You will be supporting the sales team by communicating with existing customers regarding quotes in line with customer needs.

Responsibilities include

Liaise with customer regarding their business needs

Answer calls and respond to customer emails

Communicate between the sales team, customers and clients both over the phone and verbally

Generate reports and portfolios for customer use

Follow policies and procedures at all times

Maintain strong working relationships

Engage in meetings and new business openings

Skills required:

Ability to build rapport with customers and clients


Previous administrative experience

Personable and friendly telephone manner

Proficient on Microsoft applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
