Milk Education is looking for a Year 3 Teacher to join a primary school in the L15 area of Liverpool from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real difference in the lives of pupils during a crucial stage in their learning journey.

About the Role:

As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners in your class. You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team, a committed group of colleagues, and access to high-quality resources and professional development opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in Year 3

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum

Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all pupils

Have strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing, inclusive approach

Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and track pupil progress

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development

Be reflective, proactive, and committed to their own professional growth
