A well-established independent school in Bath is looking to appoint a forward-thinking Design & Technology Teacher from September 2025. The successful candidate will join a strong and collaborative STEM faculty in a school where DT is valued as a vital part of the curriculum.

The department is equipped with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM facilities, a fully functioning workshop, 3D printers, and electronics labs. Students regularly enter national and international design competitions, and the school maintains close links with the engineering and architecture industries.

You will teach DT from Year 7 through to GCSE and A-Level, focusing on design, innovation, prototyping, and manufacture. Experience with digital design tools and creative problem-solving is particularly welcomed.

Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in Design, Engineering, or related subject + QTS
• Experience teaching DT at KS3-KS5
• Proficiency with digital and practical DT tools
• Creative, solution-focused approach to teaching
• Right to work in the UK
