An independent construction and property consultancy are seeking a CDM Consultant to join their expanding team.

They have built a reputation in the industry by delivering the highest quality work to their clients who are based across Europe.

The successful CDM Consultant will be joining an organisation who provide construction excellence to their clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

About the role:

The successful CDM Consultant will be responsible for:

* Taking a proactive role in leading the CDM team without delay

* Providing expert guidance on CDM Regulations to clients with a specialized focus

* Maintaining precise and current health and safety records

* Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and actively engaging in the identification of potential hazards

* Establishing collaborative relationships with contractors to ensure their clear understanding of their obligations and duties under the CDM Regulations
