Reed FE are working with a College in Swansea and are seeking a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for an experienced, talented, and highly motivated individual who is passionate about teaching and developing skills within the Motor Vehicle sector.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures across a range of Motor Vehicle courses.
• Ensure that teaching materials and strategies are accessible and cater to the varied needs of all learners.
• Assess and monitor learner progress, set targets, and maintain accurate records in line with both internal and external criteria.
• Promote positive student behaviour in line with the College values, both in the classroom and within the wider college environment.

• Professional qualification or degree in a relevant area, or equivalent.
• Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle.
• Teaching/Training qualification is desirable, or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience in delivering Courses Levels 1–3.
• Proven experience within the Motor Vehicle sector.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS (with child barred) and EWC registration as FE Teacher is required.
