• Taking full responsibility for a diverse portfolio of high net worth individuals, families, and trusts
• Acting as a trusted adviser on complex tax planning and advisory matters
• Leading and developing a team, providing guidance and technical support
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a key point of contact
• Identifying opportunities to expand services and add value across the portfolio
• Contributing to the wider growth and strategic direction of the office

• Strong background in private client tax within a practice environment
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships at a senior level
• Confidence in handling complex advisory work independently
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
• Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business growth
• CTA or equivalent qualification would be expected

• Salary in the region of £80,000 to £95,000, positioned at a strong Senior Manager level
