Role: Fire Engineer

Location: Manchester

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000p/a (dependent on experience)

The Company

A well-established company is looking for Fire Engineer's to join their growing team. This role is available on a remote/hybrid working basis, you'll be likely to go in the office or on site 3-4 days a week.

The Role

As a Fire Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, reviewing, and coordinating fire protection systems across a variety of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. You'll complete those tasks whilst working closely with relevant stakeholders and teams to ensure designs comply with current codes, regulations and best practises.

Required Skills / Experience

Proven experience in fire safety design within the build environment.
Strong understanding of both active and passive fire protection systems.
Knowledge of dampers, compartmentation and mechanical/fire interface systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Chartered status or working toward chartership (IFE, CEng).
