SEN Teaching Assistants

Location: Various schools
Pay: £95 - £120 per day
Contract: Flexible day-to-day and long-term opportunities

JORECRUITMENT is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of primary and secondary school settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils' learning and engagement in the classroom

*

Work under the direction of the class teacher

*

Support behaviour management and classroom routines

*

Assist with inclusion and SEN support (where applicable)

*

Promote safeguarding and pupil welfare at all times

Requirements

*

Experience working with children or young people

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Ability to follow instructions and lesson plans

*

Understanding of safeguarding in an educational setting

*

Flexible, reliable, and committed approach

Desirable

*

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, or Cover Supervisor

*

SEN training or experience (for SEN roles)
