Willowbrook Care Home is a specialist service in Birmingham, providing high quality care for up to 75 residents living with dementia, mental health conditions and complex needs. The home delivers clinically led, person centred care within a structured and supportive environment, promoting independence, stability and overall wellbeing.

Care Assistant - Days and Nights

• £12.71 per hour
• Contracted to 40.25 hours per week
• Day shifts and night shifts available
• Pension, paid DBS, uniform provided
• Onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, this role plays an important part in supporting residents with their daily routines within a structured and supportive environment. This opportunity is open to both new and experienced candidates, with full training and support provided.

Working closely with the wider team, the role supports residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and day to day activities, ensuring care plans are followed accurately and consistently. Attention is given to each individual's needs, helping to create a calm, respectful and stable environment.

The role involves building positive relationships with residents, offering reassurance and emotional support, while contributing to a safe and well organised home. Whether working day or night shifts, the focus remains on delivering high quality, person centred care.
