A respected multidisciplinary consultancy in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its expanding team. The Senior Project Manager will work on large-scale regeneration, residential and public sector schemes across the North West, managing projects from early concept through to handover.

The Senior Project Manager's Role

The Senior Project Manager will manage full project delivery including procurement, stakeholder engagement, risk management and contract administration. You'll lead internal project teams and serve as the key client contact.

The Senior Project Manager

Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar

Chartered or working towards (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Demonstrable experience delivering multi-sector projects in a consultancy
