Job Title: Qualified Financial Accountant

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Qualified Financial Accountant to support the central finance function and ensure strong financial stewardship across our locations. The Role

The Qualified Financial Accountant will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting in line with UK GAAP, maintaining strong financial controls, and providing meaningful insight to support operational and strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP

* Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain robust financial controls across multiple sites

* Support statutory reporting, year-end audit requirements, and compliance activities

* Work closely with site managers and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

* Analyse financial performance across various business units and provide actionable insights

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive standardisation across the multisite environment

* Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in financial processes

About You

* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

* Strong technical accounting knowledge, with proven experience preparing accounts under UK GAAP

* Experience working within a multisite or multi-entity business is highly desirable

* Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail

* Effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with both finance and non-finance teams

* Commercially aware, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment

* Strong Excel and systems skills; ERP experience advantageous
