Job Title: Cleaning Technician / Warehouse Operative

Salary: £13.85 per hour Overtime Rates

We’re recruiting for a Cleaning Technician / Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client who is a leading provider of healthcare equipment and support services. This is more than just a cleaning or warehouse job – it’s about helping people live safely and comfortably by ensuring equipment is clean, functional, and ready for use.

What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning and disinfecting returned healthcare and mobility equipment to the highest hygiene standards
• Conducting basic inspections and minor repairs on equipment where required
• Assisting in the storage, sorting, and movement of equipment within the warehouse
• Ensuring accurate labelling and recording of cleaned and maintained items
• Supporting delivery teams with loading/unloading when needed
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Working flexibly as part of a team to meet operational needs

What we're looking for:

• Good attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
• Basic mechanical or DIY skills (desirable but not essential – training provided)
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols
• Flexible approach to working hours, including potential evening or weekend shifts
• Previous experience in a cleaning or warehouse role is beneficial but not required
