Assembly Technician

£13.73 per hour plus benefits

Our client based in Swavesey are looking for temporary staff to help within their manufacturing assembly department. This is a short term booking of around 6 weeks, however that could change and be extended.

The working environment is bright, clean, well organised and friendly.

Duties for the Assembly Technician

* Build up mechanical sub-assemblies with use of drawings or general instructions

* Final assembly of full systems

* Ensure quality of build in all areas

* Ensure Health and Safety compliance at all times

Skills required for the Assembly Technician

* Experience of mechanical assembly

* Ability to work on own initiative and also follow work instructions

* Good communication skills, written and oral

* Produce work of a high standard

Hours of work for the Assembly Technician

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm
