You'll play a key role in supporting deal origination and execution-combining market intelligence, financial analysis, and hands-on transaction support. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior stakeholders and real responsibility from day one.

• Identify and assess acquisition opportunities through market and company research
• Analyse financial data and build valuation models to support investment decisions
• Contribute to live transactions, including due diligence and deal execution
• Prepare high-quality materials for senior management and investment committees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, legal, and operations

• 2-4 years' experience in insurance, M&A, or a relevant analytical role
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
• Solid understanding of M&A processes and deal lifecycle
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
