About the Role

We're currently seeking enthusiastic, committed individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors. You'll step into secondary school classrooms to deliver pre-set lessons, manage student behaviour, and keep learning on track in the teacher's absence.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a school or educational setting—or a strong academic background

A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed

Confident classroom management and great interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and reliability

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
