We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based in Southampton. The contractor works across various sectors including commercial, education, leisure, healthcare and MOD with projects valuing up to £30mil. The business undertake a mix of single and two-stage tenders and their projects are typically administered via JCT forms of contract.

The business is family owned, and prides itself on their history of longevity with their employees. They have gone from strength to strength in the last few years and have offices across the South of England.

Due to a recent project win, they're now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be required to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, managing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor working alongside you. The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a history of managing projects of a similar size.

In return, they're offering a salary of up to £80k + Package and the opportunity to join a business in a period of sustained growth, with ample progression opportunity for those with high aspirations.
