Job role: HGV Technician
Location: Bristol
Shift: Monday - Friday day shift
Salary: £34,000 Basic + Bonus 
Shift: Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm (42.5hrs)
Overtime: Paid at an enhanced rate

HGV Technician opportunity

My client, a well established commercial vehicle manufacturer and fleet maintenance company is actively seeking to add a fully skilled, experienced and qualified HGV Technician to join their team in the Bristol depot. You will be working on a variety of commercial vehicles and assorted auxiliary equipment

HGV Technician duties will include
• General servicing, repairs, maintenance of a range of municipal equipment
• Vehicle inspections
• Running defects
• MOT preparation / presentation
• Fault finding
• Diagnostics

The successful HGV Technician should have
• Industry recognised qualifications, either city & guilds or NVQ Level Three in HGV or Plant
• Experience gained in a similar role
• Knowledge of Hydraulics and Electrics
• Diesel engine experience

Hours of work for this HGV Technician are 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.
