In this role, you'll support the Technical team in managing the design and technical aspects of residential developments — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will assist with reviewing drawings, coordinating consultants, and managing approvals with local authorities and utility providers. Key Requirements:

* Experience within Housebuilding or Construction

* Architectural or Engineering background - Degree / HNC

* Strong attention to detail and organisation

* Awareness of Building Regulations
