Are you a detail-driven HR professional looking for a part-time opportunity? We're recruiting for a hands-on HR Coordinator to support both HR and senior leadership functions within a well-established, privately owned company based in Leicester.
This is a job-share position, ideal for someone confident handling a blend of HR admin, compliance, and executive-level support.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the employee lifecycle with administrative tasks (e.g. offer letters, contracts, meeting invites)
Assisting in recruitment coordination, including arranging interviews and candidate communication
Managing sensitive HR documentation with total discretion
Ensuring HR records and compliance are consistently up to date
Providing administrative assistance directly to senior managers and directors
Experience:
Previous experience in an HR administration or coordination role
Confident with Microsoft Office and general office systems
Strong organisation and multitasking skills
Professional communicator with high attention to detail
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
Comfortable working independently within a small, friendly team
