Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management, from planning to post-go-live support
Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates
Develop and execute robust project plans, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery
Work hands-on in solution design, testing, user training, and documentation
Gain a deep technical understanding of the systems to support informed decision-making
Provide ongoing business support, driving long-term project success

What You'll Need:

✔ Proven experience managing complex software development projects
✔ Strong business analysis skills, with expertise in requirement gathering
✔ Ability to manage budgets, estimates, and financial tracking
✔ A technical background, allowing effective communication with developers and stakeholders
✔ Experience with project management frameworks (Prince2, ITIL) and tools like JIRA
✔ Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills
✔ Ability to work across waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery models
