Axon Moore is pleased to partner with a growing PE backed business based near Wigan as they look to recruit a Financial Controller for 12 months contract. This role will be a pivotal position taking responsibilities for all accounting, reporting and financial management. Supporting budgets, commercial support, financial modelling, decision support and governance Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the preparation and reporting of all financial statements.
• Monthly accounting; internal and group management reporting
• AP/AR/Cash Management (transactions team will provide support).
• Provide KPI reporting alongside monthly accounts.
• Key external stakeholder management
• Lead of budget process

The successful candidate will be Qualified/QBE – qualified by experience (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with a proven background in a similar role, strong technical reporting experience and key stakeholder management.
