Forklift (FLT Reach) Operative
Location: CV35 9JY
Hours: 06:15 - 15:15 (Mon-Thu), 06:15 - 11:15 (Fri)
Pay: £13.52 per hour
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced FLT Reach Operative to join a busy logistics and distribution centre. You'll be responsible for moving goods safely and efficiently, supporting inbound and outbound operations, and maintaining high safety standards. A valid, in-date FLT Reach license is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate FLT Reach safely to load, unload, and move goods
Receive and check inbound deliveries against paperwork
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
Ensure pallets and containers meet operational standards
Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system (WMS)
Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
Requirements:
Valid, in-date FLT Reach certificate (essential)
Previous warehouse/forklift experience desirable
Good attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work safely and follow health & safety protocols
