Job Title: Project Manager - Civils

Location: Cheltenham, UK

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our M&E and Civils projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with specific experience in M&E and Civil Engineering. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Lead project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the M&E and Civil Engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
