My client is seeking a motivated and technically proficient Part II Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Architectural Technician to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in the design and delivery of a range of residential and light industrial/warehouse projects across various RIBA work stages. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong Revit and AutoCAD skills and a passion for high-quality, practical design.

They are looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to be part of a team but can also operate independently delivering projects for residential and industrial sheds. Technical qualification to degree level or equivalent and sound REVIT / AutoCad and Building Regulations experience are required.

Part II qualified Architect, or a qualified Architectural Technologist or Technician

Minimum of years post-qualification experience in the UK (ideally more)

Strong portfolio of residential and/or warehouse/light industrial projects

Proficiency in Revit is essential; AutoCAD proficiency also required

Good working knowledge of UK building regulations and standards

Excellent technical drawing, detailing, and documentation skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Experience working across RIBA Stages 3-5 preferred
