Role Overview
As an Education 360 Recruiter, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from business development to onboarding—in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Your central goal: connect schools in Brighton and surrounding areas with high-calibre educators and support staff, ensuring perfect placements every time.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with local education partners (schools, trusts, colleges, and nurseries).
- Proactively source and secure new recruitment opportunities, identifying needs and crafting tailored staffing solutions.
- Position the consultancy as a trusted, preferred supplier by maintaining high service standards and ethical practice.
Full Recruitment Lifecycle
- Write compelling, structured job adverts and manage postings across job boards and targeted platforms.
- Pre-screen, interview, and quality-check candidates through rigorous safer recruitment checks (DBS, references, right-to-work, etc.)
- Match candidates to client requirements thoughtfully, scheduling interviews, managing feedback loops, and overseeing offer and onboarding processes.
Candidate Engagement & Support
- Provide career guidance, professional development advice, and post-placement support to candidates to build loyalty and long-term relationships
- Maintain ongoing contact, ensuring candidate satisfaction and identifying future placement opportunities.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Utilise CRM systems to manage vacancies, candidate records, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with back-office or support teams to ensure smooth administration of compliance, documentation, and candidate tracking.
- Uphold best practice in safeguarding—ensuring every candidate meets regulatory and client standards.
Reporting & Target Management
- Track personal and team KPIs (placements, client satisfaction, response times, revenue growth).
- Deliver regular insights and updates to management, contributing to strategy refinement and operational improvements.
Skills & Experience
Required:
- Proven experience in recruitment from the education sector is essential.
- Strong understanding of safer recruitment practices, including DBS checks and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging job adverts and presentations.
- Confidence in telephone and virtual communication—effectively handling both client and candidate interactions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and CRM platforms.
- A proactive, resilient, and service-oriented mindset.
