* 2 Shift Pattern (Days and Nights)
* Temp to Perm after 12 weeks
Pin Point Recruitment are looking for experienced Production Operatives for a global leader manufacturing company in the North Tyneside area.
2 Shift Pattern - 12 hr Continental shift pattern consisting of days and nights
(Every other weekend off)
Days 06:30 - 18:30
Nights 18:30 - 06:30
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Operating machinery and equipment in the production process.
* Assemble, inspect, and package products with precision and care.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
* Maintain a clean and organised work space.
* Contribute to process improvements and efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience within a manufacturing environment
* Desire to excel within a continuous manufacturing environment
* Keen eye for detail
* Good worth ethic and willing to learn new skills
* Demonstrate innovative and problem-solving approach to work
