A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading food manufacturing business that is currently going through an exciting period of growth. This long-standing client of ours is looking for a dynamic and driven Manufacturing Manager to lead a site of 120 staff, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
The Role:
As Manufacturing Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, fostering a culture of high performance, and supporting the business on its continued growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and develop a team of 120+ operational staff across multiple departments.

Drive operational performance to meet key KPIs including safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.

Collaborate with the Head of Operations to align site strategy with wider business goals.

Lead and embed lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
*
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and regulatory standards.

Manage budgets and resource planning effectively.
About You:

Proven experience as a Manufacturing Manager or similar leadership role within food manufacturing.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage large teams.

Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
