👩‍🏫 What You'll Do:

✨ Lead a room of children and a small team of practitioners
✨ Plan and deliver engaging, creative activities aligned with EYFS
✨ Support and mentor your room team to develop their skills
✨ Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
✨ Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider nursery

✅ About You:

🎓 Level 3 childcare qualification (EYE, NVQ, CACHE, NNEB or equivalent)
📅 Experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting
💡 Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about early years education
🏆 Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards
👥 Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
