Business Development Executive Package: 

A competitive basic salary of £22,000- £24,000
Y1 OTE of £30,000 (uncapped!)

Business Development Executive Role:

Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company, its client base and offering in order to educate prospects on the benefits of the business
Self-generate leads and prospects through regular outreach via phone, e-mail and social channels such as LinkedIn, building strong relationships in order to book appointments and win business
Creating target lists and researching prospect clients, opportunities and sectors
Working on alignment with the business sales process, learning from and working closely with senior members of the team
Helping to create sales material and leads from marketing initiatives
The successful candidate will be working in an entrepreneurial environment where they are encouraged to be creative and put forward ideas!

Business Development Executive Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - confidence is key as you will be engaging with others on a regular basis
Comfortable working in a target driven environment
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
A team player, who is able to manage and prioritise their own time
