This role is ideal for a skilled educator who thrives in a supportive specialist environment and has strong experience working with pupils who require tailored learning approaches and structured support.

The Role

Long-term, full-time SEN Teacher position
Teaching a Key Stage 2 class within a specialist setting
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Using strong behaviour management strategies to create a calm and productive classroom environment
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals to support pupil development
Tracking progress and adapting teaching approaches to ensure every pupil can succeed
The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2
Experience working with Special Educational Needs in a mainstream or specialist setting
Excellent behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
Patient, resilient and passionate about inclusive education
Committed to supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally
