Night Support Worker

Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Night Support Worker on behalf of one of our clients in their Rehabilitation and Assessment Centre in the Stockton-on-Tees area. This is a temporary role working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shifts only.
You'll provide person-centred care and support for adults for up to six weeks, promoting independence and recovery.
Key duties:

• Personal, nutritional, social, and emotional care
• Encourage independence and well-being
• Manual handling
• Record keeping and reporting
• Follow all policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Client-focussed with good communication skills
• Enhanced DBS check required
• Experience working within support work (residential or rehabilitation).
