Rental Manager Roles
These new Rental Manager roles commands a basic salary of £25k - £30k and reports directly into one of the Directors. You will have the day to day responsibility of running your hire team operationally in terms of profit and loss, bringing in new customers, motivation and handling all reports and analytics. Responsibilities of the Rental Manager:
•Management of staff within the team
•Produce monthly reports for the Operations Director
•Re-hire and x hires will be driven by you and your hire controllers. You will use your knowledge honed over time in plant, tools, lifting, access, accommodation, non-mechanical and other sectors. This is key as you will be the expert and go to person.
•Bringing in new business by talking to prospects and winning new accounts to grow revenue
•Work with logistics to ensure UK coverage for delivery of hire products
•Engage with other hire companies locally and nationally weekly to fulfil client orders
The successful candidate may have experience as a Hire Manager, Depot Manager, Plant Hire Manager, Senior Hire Controller, Rental Manager, or Depot Operations Manager working for a plant hire or tool hire business.
It is essential you have a strong understanding of material handling, crane hire or access/ plant hire.
A major rental company who specialise in various hire sectors who have an impressive network, consistently grown revenues and profit and to continue this growth the company is looking for a Rental Manager to oversee their team near to Dartford.
•Basic salary of £25k - £30k - this will be discussed indivdually with candidates DOE
