Trainee Events Assistant - Summer Work Available

BMG is eager to grow their Events and Promotions team now that we have resumed our services and our clients have an even higher demand after being stagnant for several months. We're looking to find 3 x Events sales assistants, with a passion for working with people, delivering results and having fun while doing so. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds as we offer full comprehensive training to those looking to start at entry-level, such as:
- in-house workshop-style training
- in-house role-playing sessions
- daily sales impacts and motivational talks
- open-door policy: ongoing guidance and support

- conference calls with high rollers from across the country
- regional and national training seminars hosted by industry experts

In order to represent our clients, you’ll need to be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the UK on a self-employed basis commission only basis. Full-time availability is ideal since the more you put in, the more you get out. A solid work ethic, strong communication skills and professional image will greatly increase your chance of success. A driving licence is not a requirement if you are happy to travel on public transport.
Customer Service, Retail Sales, Hospitality or other Customer-Focused work experience is also a big plus!
