The Wellington Hospital

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated nurse with exceptional skills and knowledge in Neuro Rehab toassistin leading the way in the provision of outstanding patient care within HCA 

We’rethe largestneurosciencesunit in London, which means we can care for patients with a wide range of complex neurological conditions and provide advanced,specialisedcare – andyou’llbe part of a team making that happen. 

This role is both exciting and challenging; the skillsrequiredare both based on an experience of managing this specialist patient group but alsoutilizinga strong evidencebase. 

The charge nurse will work with the manager and matron to deliver high quality and innovative nursing practice in line with HCA mission and vision, nationalguidelinesand standards.

Whatyou’llbring: 

  • Experience working in Neuro Rehab inpatient settingessential

  • Experience in the provision of staff education within Neuro Rehab(local level) 

  • Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council 

  • To be willing to undertake relevant post-registration courses 

  • ILS provider course completed and qualification inrequiredupon hire, or within 3monthof hire

  • Management experience/leading a team
