Principal / Associate Transport Planner - Nottingham
Location: Nottingham
We are working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering intelligent, cost-effective solutions across transport, civil, and infrastructure projects. With a strong presence across the UK and a growing footprint in the Midlands, this firm is expanding their transport planning capability in Nottingham - and they're looking for a driven Principal or Associate Transport Planner to lead that charge.
This is a unique opportunity to help grow and shape a regional team, take ownership of high-profile projects, and play a key strategic role in business development and client engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong track record in delivering technical reports for planning and development projects.
- Detailed knowledge of local and national transport policies, and modelling tools including Junctions 10, LinSig
- Skilled in highway/access design and able to use AutoCAD effectively.
- Familiarity with GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar) and active travel planning.
- Previous experience in client management, project delivery, and team leadership.
