We are seeking a reliable and well-presented Maintenance Assistant / Multi Trader to support the upkeep of high-end residential properties in the Knightsbridge area. You'll be working in luxury homes, so attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for residents' privacy are essential.

Key responsibilities

Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repairs

Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating

*

General handyman and multi-trade tasks

*

Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner

*

Ensuring properties are maintained to a premium standard

*

Liaising with residents, contractors, and management

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar maintenance or multi-trade role

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)

*

Good all-round technical skills

*

Well presented with good communication

*

Able to work independently and manage time effectively
