Aspire People is working closely with a lovely primary schools in Boston who are looking for a right teaching assistant to work with Y3 child.

The Primary Teaching Assistant must have :

Experience working with children or young adults (desired), level 2-3 TA qualification (highly desirable)

Be able to motivate and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential

Warm, kind, patient personality with endless energy and enthusiasm.
