This position is suitable for recent graduates, experienced TAs, or individuals exploring a future in teaching. The role offers a good opportunity for professional development, with competitive pay starting at £90 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. It is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting teaching and learning activities across the classroom environment.

* Providing individual and small group support during lessons.

* Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and displays.

* Supporting pupils with literacy, numeracy, and phonics work.

* Promoting positive behaviour and attitudes to learning.

* Supervising children during break and lunch times.

* Assisting with classroom organisation and administrative tasks.

Essential Requirements:

* Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or tutoring setting.

* Genuine interest in child development and education.

* Confident in supporting learning in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

* Level 2/3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential).
