Ashton Recruitment require an Internal Sales Advisor our busy client based in the Duncrue area of Belfast.
Job Title: Internal Sales Advisor

Duration: Permanent/Full-Time
Salary: Dependant on Experience
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday; 08:30-17:00
Duties will include (But not limited to):
- Communicating with customers via trade counter, telephone and email.
- Answering our customer's technical control and switchgear enquiries and other product ranges as required.
- Product selection to suit customers' requests and requirements.
- Preparing customer quotations, project enquiries and order processing.
- Dealing directly with manufacturers on specific products.
- Order selection, checking and assembly as required from our warehouse.
- Ongoing customer service, providing information on the progress of goods arrival.
Essential Criteria
- A solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly switchgear, is essential. A background in electrical engineering or a related field would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role within the electrical industry, demonstrating the ability to meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Sage, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.
