Our client based in East London is looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to strengthen their friendly growing team.

Joining a busy company in the print industry they are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role, with a can-do attitude who is a real team player.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set and Run CNC machines

* Use measuring equipment including running programs to check

* Check components against drawings

* Adjust cutter offsets to meet tolerances

* Follow route card and make sure that quality standards are followed

Knowledge / Experience:

* Good engineering background or educated within a mechanical engineering subject.

* Ability to read dimensioned engineering drawings

* Skilled in the use of: CNC Machinery, able to Set and Run CNC Machines

* Ability to read dimensioned engineering drawings

* Minimum of 1 years' experience

* Some experience of general manual production machines.

* Good organisation, great with planning and prioritising

* Ability to work on own initiative

* Reliable and committed

* Good communication skills

* Team player

Hours & Salary:

Hourly pay rate: £15.00 - £18.00ph dependent upon experience

Hours are Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm, overtime and Saturdays can be available on occasion during busy periods, any weekend hours or hours over basic shift time are paid at x1.5.
