Role Overview:As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll provide personalised assistance to students, aiding their learning and holistic development. From academic support to promoting independence and managing behaviour, you'll create a nurturing atmosphere conducive to growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster supportive relationships with students, ensuring their safety and enjoyment in a conducive learning environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in SEN settings, either professionally or voluntarily.

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Support work for Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
  • Adaptability, creativity, and a child-centric approach.
