• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and attention to detail.
• Assess client’s natural lashes and provide expert advice on the suitable lash style and length.
• Utilise a range of techniques to apply individual eyelash extensions, including classic, volume, and hybrid.
• Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the lash application process.
• Conduct lash fills, removals, and touch-ups as required.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, sterilise tools, and follow proper sanitation protocols. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.

The candidate

• Minimum 12 month experience in a similar job
• Proficient in both classic and volume lash applications.
• Strong understanding of eyelash health and safety.
• Excellent eye for detail and precision in lash application.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base. Reliable and punctual, with a professional work ethic.
• Certification or training in eyelash extensions is highly desirable.
