I'm currently working with a leading professional services firm that is looking to hire an Audit Senior / Assistant Manager into its Professional Services team in London.

This is a strong opportunity to join a highly regarded audit practice with an established client base across the professional services space. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit work, working closely with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners while helping to ensure clients receive a robust, transparent and reliable service. You will be expected to manage your own workload proactively, contribute to the smooth delivery of audit assignments, and support the development of junior staff on site through effective supervision and coaching.

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• ACA / ACCA / ICAS qualified, or overseas equivalent
• Degree educated or equivalent
• Experience supervising and coaching junior staff in an audit environment
• Good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS
• Strong understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Knowledge of regulation, compliance and anti-money laundering matters
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work effectively with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrable awareness of current market and economic trends
