• Act as the primary client contact for major international events.
• Manage end-to-end ground transport and logistics operations.
• Coordinate client delegations, fleet logistics, and supplier chains.
• Provide on-site leadership during event planning and execution.
• Liaise with event organisers, manage accreditation, staffing, and compliance.
• Oversee budgets, travel arrangements, and final billing documentation.
• Build long-term client relationships while ensuring service excellence.

• Proven experience managing large-scale international logistics or transport operations.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills at executive level.

• Culturally adaptable, with the ability to travel internationally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Fluent in English (other European languages desirable).
